Subscriptions and Pro access
I subscribed, but Pro is still locked
- Check that you are signed in for App Store purchases with the Apple Account used to subscribe.
- Connect to the internet and open NSE Path.
- Go to More → Restore purchases. You can also restore from the Pro screen.
- Check your Apple subscription settings to confirm that NSE Path is active. A pending purchase unlocks after Apple confirms it.
If no active subscription is found, check which Apple Account appears on your purchase receipt. Restoring access does not create a new subscription.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
In NSE Path, choose More → Manage Apple subscription. You can also use iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → NSE Path. Review your plan there and cancel if needed. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
How do I request a refund?
For purchases billed by Apple, submit a request at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple reviews refund eligibility and processes approved refunds. The developer cannot issue an App Store refund directly.
Study progress and device changes
Where is my progress stored?
NSE Path stores progress, saved questions, review schedules, target dates, and notes on your device. The app does not sync study history between devices. Restoring a subscription restores eligible Pro access, not study progress. Your Apple device backup may contain app data, depending on your settings.
How do I clear my study data?
Open More → Reset study progress and confirm. This clears saved study information on that device, including sessions, bookmarks, and lab notes. This action cannot be undone within the app and does not cancel your subscription. See the privacy policy for backup and deletion details.
Something isn't working
- Install the latest version available to you through the App Store or TestFlight.
- Close and reopen the app, then restart your iPhone if the issue continues.
- Check your internet connection when loading subscription options, restoring purchases, or opening reference links.
- Note the steps that cause the issue and the exact error message.
Keep your progress: avoid deleting the app as a first troubleshooting step. Study data is stored locally and may be lost when the app is removed.
Report a question or app issue
For a question correction, include the question ID, certification track, relevant product version, and a short explanation of the issue. A link to the supporting official documentation is helpful.
The app's question feedback screen lets you create a report and choose Share or save report. You choose the destination; the report is not submitted automatically. Beta testers can send their feedback through TestFlight.
For an app problem, include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version or TestFlight build, steps to reproduce it, and a screenshot if useful. Remove passwords, customer details, and payment information before sharing.
TestFlight and preview versions
If you installed NSE Path through TestFlight, open TestFlight → NSE Path → Send Beta Feedback to contact the developer. You can include feedback about functionality, content, accessibility, or privacy.
TestFlight purchases are test transactions and do not carry over to the public App Store version. Preview features and paid access may be limited while the app is being prepared for release. For more information, see Apple's TestFlight guide.
